Job summary

BitDelta Group, a multi-asset financial services firm operating in Dubai, UAE, is hiring a Senior Legal Manager to lead its legal, regulatory and corporate affairs across traditional finance, fintech and digital-asset businesses.

The role involves providing strategic legal advice, drafting and negotiating a wide range of agreements, leading regulatory licensing initiatives across jurisdictions, and overseeing governance, IP protection and risk management to support growth and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or equivalent legal qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant legal experience in financial services, capital markets, brokerage, fintech or related sectors.
• Demonstrated experience managing regulatory licensing projects and cross-border legal matters.
• Strong commercial contract drafting and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic legal advice to senior management on corporate, commercial, regulatory and operational issues.
• Draft, negotiate and maintain a wide range of agreements (client, brokerage, liquidity provider, service, consultancy, technology, employment, shareholder, joint-venture, NDAs, corporate resolutions).
• Lead regulatory licensing initiatives across multiple jurisdictions and liaise with regulators.
• Conduct comparative legal research and regulatory gap analyses.
• Advise on corporate structuring, governance and establishment of new entities.
• Support fintech-related legal matters, IP protection and technology licensing.
• Oversee dispute resolution, litigation management and coordination with external counsel.
• Identify and mitigate legal, regulatory, operational and reputational risks; support compliance and governance frameworks.
