Job summary

Snowman Middle East FZCO in Dubai, UAE is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to lead industrial refrigeration equipment sales, including screw compressors, evaporative condensers, condensing units, ice machines and related gear. You will drive revenue and build key customer relationships.

You will identify new business opportunities, prepare techno-commercial proposals, and negotiate contracts to meet sales targets, while maintaining strong ties with consultants and contractors in the market.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in industrial refrigeration.
• Based in UAE with valid UAE driving license.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred.
• Strong technical knowledge of refrigeration equipment.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage sales of industrial refrigeration equipment including screw compressors, evaporative condensers, condensing units, ice machines and related equipment.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential customers.
• Prepare techno-commercial proposals, quotations and follow up on inquiries.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable refrigeration solutions.
• Negotiate contracts, close sales and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, consultants and contractors.
