Job summary

Carrier is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to grow the Commercial HVAC business in Dubai, focusing on chillers and airside equipment. You will build trusted customer relationships and deliver technical solutions that meet customer needs while supporting sales growth, orders, revenue, and profitability.

In this role, you will identify opportunities, review project specs, and negotiate techno-commercial proposals to secure profitable orders, maintaining a strong sales pipeline and market awareness.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of HVAC sales experience, specifically with chillers and airside equipment.
• Experience engaging with contractors, consultants, and real estate developers in the UAE.
• Proven track record delivering sales growth, order-booking, and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales, revenue, order-booking, and profitability targets.
• Identify and convert new business opportunities across the Dubai market.
• Build relationships with MEP contractors, consultants, developers, and end users.
• Promote chillers, centrifugal chillers, AHUs, and FCUs specifications.
