Job summary

Carrier in Dubai is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to grow its Commercial HVAC business. You will focus on chillers and airside equipment, building trusted relationships, uncovering new projects, and delivering technical solutions to meet customer needs while supporting sales growth and profitability.

You will engage with MEP contractors, consultants, and real estate developers, promoting chillers, AHUs, FCUs, and central plant solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• HVAC sales experience of 6+ years with chillers and airside equipment.
• Experience with contractors, consultants and real estate developers in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of chillers, central plant solutions, and airside products.
• Proven track record of achieving sales, order-booking, and profitability targets.

Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales, revenue, order-booking, and profitability targets.
• Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities across the Dubai market.
• Build and maintain relationships with MEP contractors, consultants, real estate developers, and end users.
• Promote and secure specifications for chillers, centrifugal chillers, AHUs, and FCUs.
• Provide technical sales support, product presentations, and solution recommendations.
• Review project specifications and influence product selection during design and tender stages.
• Prepare and negotiate techno-commercial proposals to secure profitable orders.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and manage opportunity reviews and sales forecasts.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and upcoming projects.
• Represent Carrier at industry events, consultant engagements, and trade shows.
