Polar Refrigeration & Manufacturing LLC is seeking a Senior Sales Executive to drive revenue growth in the UAE cooling solutions market. You will manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to project handover, focusing on water chillers, water coolers and related HVAC products.

The role requires 5+ years UAE experience, strong network with contractors and consultants, and the ability to develop strategic plans and competitive quotations. A company vehicle and incentives are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical preferred).
• Minimum 5 years UAE experience in water chillers, water coolers or HVAC.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with contractors, consultants and developers.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic sales plans to achieve targets.
• Identify new business opportunities in villa projects, construction sites, industrial and commercial sectors.
• Build and maintain relationships with contractors and procurement teams.
• Prepare technical and commercial quotations.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals.
• Coordinate with technical/production teams for project execution.
• Monitor market trends and pricing strategies.
• Maintain CRM records and sales reports.
