Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination and employee relations.
• Develop and implement HR policies; maintain employee records; ensure UAE employment regulation compliance.
• Oversee performance evaluations, handle grievances and disciplinary procedures; resolve workplace conflicts.
• Coordinate visa processing, labour contracts, CICPA documentation, and government-related formalities with PROs and authorities.
