Job summary

Laborintos is seeking an experienced HR Supervisor in Abu Dhabi to lead daily HR operations and ensure compliance with UAE labour laws. The role focuses on recruitment, employee relations, and HR processes within the delivery/logistics sector.

You will handle visa processing, training, and performance evaluations while collaborating with operations to ensure staffing and workforce efficiency. Strong communication and the ability to work under pressure are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field
• 35 years of HR experience in the delivery logistics or transportation industry
• Strong knowledge of UAE labour laws and HR best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts efficiently
• Strong multitasking skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily HR operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and UAE labour laws
• Handle employee relations, addressing grievances, disputes, and performance issues effectively
• Process visa applications, work permits and other necessary employee documentation
• Conduct training sessions and performance evaluations to enhance workforce efficiency
• Collaborate with operations teams to ensure workforce availability and resolve HR-related challenges
• Prepare reports on HR metrics, workforce planning and key HR functions
