Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and manage check-in/check-out processes accurately and efficiently.

• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Concierge, F&B to fulfill guest needs.
• Handle special requests such as transportation and dining reservations.
• Resolve minor guest issues professionally and upsell hotel services when appropriate.
