Al-Futtaim Automotive is seeking a Senior Sales Executive to grow our generator set export business in the UAE. You will develop opportunities, understand commercial requirements and manage the sales process from initial engagement through to closure.

Success will require extensive generator set export sales experience, deep knowledge of the UAE market, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Qualifications

• Requires a valid UAE driving licence.
• Minimum seven years of generator set sales experience in the UAE.
• Demonstrable generator set export sales experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop export sales opportunities for generator sets by identifying customer requirements and progressing qualified leads.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication, customer meetings and field visits.
• Achieve or exceed agreed monthly and annual sales targets while supporting profitable growth.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer, opportunity and sales records.
• Prepare complete sales documentation and maintain accurate deal files in line with required processes.
• Monitor competitor products and market activity, sharing relevant insights to support sales planning.
• Manage customer expectations throughout the sales process and provide timely follow-up.
• Attend product and sales training to maintain current technical and commercial knowledge.
