Job summary

Al-Futtaim is seeking a Sales Executive - Generator Set Sales in Abu Dhabi to develop customer relationships and convert generator set requirements into profitable sales. The role focuses on achieving targets, protecting margins, and managing opportunities from engagement to closure.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years UAE power products sales experience, a mechanical or electrical engineering background, and fluent English; Arabic is preferred. On-site role with UAE driving license.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant sales experience in the UAE power products industry.
• Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a current or recent position.
• Demonstrated experience in customer negotiation, opportunity management, and deal closure.

Responsibilities

• Manage the commercial sales cycle for generator sets and power applications, from initial engagement through closure.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets while protecting margins and profitability.
• Negotiate commercial terms and progress opportunities toward successful closure.
• Maintain accurate records of customers, opportunities and deals in designated systems.
