Job summary

Al-Futtaim Automotive is seeking a Senior Sales Executive to grow our generator set export business in the UAE. You will identify opportunities, manage the sales cycle from engagement to closure, and build lasting customer relationships.

The role requires extensive generator set export sales experience, deep UAE market knowledge and a proven ability to meet sales targets, with focus on profitability and strategic customer partnerships.

Qualifications

• A valid UAE driving licence.
• At least seven years of generator set sales experience in the UAE.
• Demonstrable generator set export sales experience.
• A proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a current or recent role.

Responsibilities

• Develop export sales opportunities for generator sets by identifying customer requirements and progressing qualified leads.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication, customer meetings and field visits.
• Achieve or exceed agreed monthly and annual sales targets while supporting profitable growth.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer, opportunity and sales records.
• Prepare complete sales documentation and maintain accurate deal files in line with required processes.
• Monitor competitor products and market activity, sharing relevant insights to support sales planning.
• Manage customer expectations throughout the sales process and provide timely follow-up.
• Attend product and sales training to maintain current technical and commercial knowledge.
