Confidential Company in UAE seeks a dynamic Senior Sales Executive with 12–15 years of Middle East experience to drive generator trading growth. You will develop sales strategies, identify opportunities, and build strong client relationships across construction, infrastructure, oil & gas and utilities sectors.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering, deep knowledge of diesel generator specs and a proven track record of meeting sales targets, with a valid UAE driving license.

Qualifications

• Requires 12–15 years of relevant sales and business development experience across the Middle East.
• Proven track record in sales and trading of diesel generators across capacities.
• Strong technical knowledge of generator specifications, sizing and power solutions.
• Established business network within UAE/Middle East market.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to promote generator trading in UAE and Middle East.
• Identify new opportunities through market research, networking, and engagement.
• Promote and sell diesel generators across capacities to clients in key sectors.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, consultants, contractors and EPC firms.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and negotiate terms.
• Coordinate with suppliers for pricing, delivery, and after-sales support.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to grow business.
• Achieve sales targets and improve market penetration.
