Job summary

DANWAY seeks a dynamic Senior Sales Executive with extensive Middle East experience to lead and grow its generator trading business in the UAE and broader region.

The ideal candidate has 12–15 years in relevant sales and business development, strong technical knowledge of diesel generators, and an established UAE/Middle East network to drive orders from quotation through delivery.

Qualifications

• 12–15 years of relevant sales and business development experience in the Middle East
• Proven sales and trading of diesel generators across various capacities
• Strong technical knowledge of generator specifications, applications, sizing and power generation solutions
• Established business network and customer relationships within UAE/Middle East
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and commercial skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven with a proven track record of meeting sales targets
• Must possess a valid UAE driving licence

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to promote and expand the generator trading business across the UAE and wider Middle East
• Identify new business opportunities and generate sales leads through market research, networking and customer engagement
• Promote and sell diesel generators across various capacities to clients in construction, infrastructure, industrial, oil & gas, utilities and other sectors
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers, consultants, contractors, EPCs and other stakeholders
• Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, follow up on enquiries and convert opportunities into orders
• Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers for technical specifications, pricing, delivery, and after-sales support
• Monitor market trends and pricing to identify growth opportunities
• Achieve sales targets and improve market penetration for profitability
• Ensure effective CRM and timely follow-up on outstanding enquiries and orders

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to promote and expand the company s generator trading business across the UAE and wider Middle East
• Identify new business opportunities and generate sales leads through market research networking and customer engagement
• Promote and sell diesel generators across various capacities to clients in construction infrastructure industrial oil gas utilities and other relevant sectors
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers consultants contractors EPC companies and other key stakeholders
• Understand customer requirements recommend suitable generator solutions and coordinate the preparation of technical and commercial proposals
• Prepare quotations negotiate commercial terms follow up on enquiries and convert opportunities into confirmed orders
• Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers for technical specifications pricing delivery schedules and after-sales support
• Monitor market trends competitor activities and pricing strategies to identify opportunities for business growth
• Achieve assigned sales targets improve market penetration and contribute towards overall business profitability
• Ensure effective customer relationship management and timely follow-up on outstanding enquiries and orders

Qualification:

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Experience: 12 - 15 years of relevant sales and business development experience across the Middle East.
• Proven experience in the sales and trading of diesel generators across various capacities is essential.
• Strong technical knowledge of generator specifications, applications, sizing and associated power generation solutions.
• Established business network and customer relationships within the UAE / Middle East market.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and commercial skills.
