Job summary

Tate, a leader in data centre infrastructure and raised access floors, seeks an experienced Senior Sales Manager for the GCC region. You will drive sales growth, manage key client relationships, and provide technical support throughout the sales cycle.

The role requires strong technical and commercial expertise, with the ability to travel across the GCC and deliver compelling proposals to architects, consultants and contractors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of sales experience in construction/building materials, preferably interiors products.
• Strong knowledge of GCC construction market, including consultants, contractors and developers.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets across the GCC.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with contractors, consultants, architects, and developers.
• Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, including tendering and contract negotiations.
• Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals in line with client requirements.
• Build and maintain relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, project managers and procurement teams.
• Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to educate clients on raised access flooring solutions.
• Coordinate with operations and project teams to ensure timely delivery and execution of projects.
