Job summary

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking a skilled Technician Supervisor to lead the Gaming Technicians team and oversee maintenance, repairs, and system integrity. The role requires strong electronics knowledge, leadership, and familiarity with gaming hardware and networking.

You will coordinate schedules, train staff, and ensure all operations comply with UAE gaming regulations and Wynn internal controls, while maintaining logs and coordinating with manufacturers and service providers.

Qualifications

• Diploma or technical certification in electronics, engineering, IT or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience with electronic gaming machines or gaming equipment maintenance.
• Experience in a lead or senior technician role within a regulated gaming environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of gaming technicians, ensuring timely response to service calls, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
• Monitor gaming machine performance, identifying recurring issues and escalating concerns as needed.
• Assign tasks and manage technician schedules to ensure adequate coverage across all shifts.
• Provide on-the-job training, coaching, and technical guidance to team members.
• Ensure all technical operations comply with UAE gaming regulations, Wynn Resorts’ internal controls, and manufacturer specifications.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date maintenance logs, machine configuration records, and regulatory documentation.
• Assist in coordinating with gaming equipment manufacturers and service providers for technical support and repairs.
• Monitor inventory levels of spare parts, tools, and consumables, ensuring availability for daily operations.
• Stay informed on new gaming technologies, system updates, and equipment enhancements.
• Support integration of new gaming platforms, cashless systems, and digital interfaces.
• Collaborate with IT, Surveillance, and Gaming Operations to maintain system connectivity and operational reliability.
