Job summary

Wynn Al Marjan Island is hiring an Assistant Manager – Gaming Technicians to lead the gaming technician team and oversee daily operation, maintenance, and regulatory compliance of EGM and table game equipment.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/ Electronics/ IT and at least five years of experience in a regulated gaming environment, with strong leadership and English communication skills. On-site work with attractive AED salary and benefits is offered.

About Wynn Al Marjan Island:

Wynn Al Marjan Island will be the first integrated resort in the UAE. Set to open in 2027, the resort will be located 50 miles from Dubai International Airport in the emirate of Ras Al Khaimah. The resort will offer 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants, lounges, and bars, a theater, and a beach club. It will feature multiple swimming and wading pools, a five-star spa, a salon, a shopping promenade, and a celebrations and events center.

About The Position

Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking an Assistant Manager – Gaming Technicians to join the resort’s Gaming Technician team.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of gaming technicians, ensuring timely maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of gaming equipment
• Monitor machine performance, uptime, and guest feedback to identify operational issues and improvement opportunities
• Manage the installation, configuration, relocation, and removal of EGM, table game equipment, and related systems
• Provide guidance, coaching, and on-the-job training to gaming technicians to enhance technical capability and performance
• Assist in scheduling and task assignments to ensure adequate coverage across all shifts
• Ensure all technical activities comply with UAE gaming regulations, Wynn Resorts’ internal controls, and manufacturer specifications
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of machine configurations, maintenance logs, and regulatory documentation
• Coordinate with gaming equipment manufacturers and service providers for technical support, repairs, and upgrades
• Stay informed on emerging gaming technologies, system enhancements, and industry trends
• Assist in the integration of new gaming platforms, cashless solutions, and digital interfaces
• Collaborate with IT, Surveillance, and Gaming Operations to maintain system connectivity, data integrity, and operational reliability

About You

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electronics, Information Technology, or related field (preferred)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in EGM operations or technical maintenance within a regulated gaming environment
• Demonstrated experience in managing or leading technical teams
• Strong understanding of EGM and table game hardware, software, networking, and regulatory requirements
• Excellent troubleshooting, organizational, and communication skills
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools, CMS platforms, and technical documentation
• Fluency in English required; additional languages are an advantage
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on operational needs
