Job summary
Wynn Al Marjan Island is hiring an Assistant Manager – Gaming Technicians to lead the gaming technician team and oversee daily operation, maintenance, and regulatory compliance of EGM and table game equipment.
The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/ Electronics/ IT and at least five years of experience in a regulated gaming environment, with strong leadership and English communication skills. On-site work with attractive AED salary and benefits is offered.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electronics, IT, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in EGM operations or technical maintenance.
- Experience leading technical teams.
- Fluency in English; other languages advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily gaming technician operations and maintenance.
- Monitor machine performance and guest feedback for improvements.
- Coordinate installation and relocation of EGM and table game equipment.
- Provide coaching and on-the-job training to staff.
- Ensure compliance with UAE gaming regs and internal controls.
- Maintain records of configurations and maintenance logs.
- Coordinate with manufacturers for support and upgrades.
- Collaborate with IT/Surveillance to maintain connectivity.
