Job summary

Wynn Al Marjan Island invites applications for a Senior Facilities Technician to support the Wynn Oasis Engineering team on-site in the United Arab Emirates. The role covers routine inspections, hands-on maintenance and coordination with external specialists to keep civil, electrical, mechanical and structural systems in optimal condition.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in facilities, with foundational knowledge of plumbing, electrical and HVAC, plus CAFM experience and a strong safety

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training preferred.
• Minimum 2–3 years in facilities or building maintenance.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Familiarity with CAFM platforms and maintenance documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections of staff housing buildings and facilities across civil, electrical, mechanical and structural systems.
• Perform hands-on repairs on plumbing, electrical components, HVAC support, doors, windows, tiles and ceilings.
• Respond to maintenance requests, complaints, and emergencies with timely resolution.
• Coordinate with specialized technicians, contractors and vendors for outsourced services.
• Support HVAC and electrical technicians during PPM activities and basic troubleshooting.
• Assist in renovations and improvements including painting, carpentry and civil works.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities, service reports and job cards.
