Job summary
Kama Capital in Dubai is seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our in-house HR team and own recruitment across our growing Forex business. This hands-on role partners with senior leadership to fill senior and specialist positions, headhunting top talent locally and internationally.
You will manage the full lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding, build a Forex/Fintech talent pipeline, and improve recruitment processes.
Qualifications
- Senior-level Forex/Fintech recruitment experience.
- 5+ years in-house recruitment experience.
- Experience recruiting in Forex/CFD/Fintech/financial services.
- Proven track record closing senior roles.
- Strong headhunting and passive sourcing skills.
- Established UAE and international networks.
- Strong stakeholder management with senior leadership.
- Hands-on with recruitment policies and processes.
- Proactive, results‑driven approach.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Partner with senior management to understand talent needs.
- Lead recruitment for senior and specialist roles.
- Hunt and source passive candidates via LinkedIn and networks.
- Build a strong Forex/Fintech pipeline locally and internationally.
- Conduct market mapping and confidential searches.
- Screen, interview, reference checks and offers.
- Develop and implement recruitment processes and best practices.
- Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
