Job summary

Decision Management Consultants LLC is recruiting a Talent Acquisition Specialist/Head Hunter in Dubai to own end-to-end recruitment for European markets in a fast-paced Forex trading environment.

You will lead sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding, while developing talent pipelines and delivering data-driven reports to senior management. The role involves mentoring in-house recruiters and targeting high-volume sales hires.

Qualifications

• Based in the United Arab Emirates.
• Proven experience in Talent Acquisition/Head hunting for Retention, Conversion and Sales roles.
• Experience recruiting across European markets.
• Strong LinkedIn sourcing and direct approach capabilities.
• Experience mentoring or supervising in-house recruiters.
• Strong Excel skills for recruitment tracking, reporting, and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing and screening through offer, joining and onboarding.
• Proactively headhunt experienced Retention and Conversion Sales candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, databases, professional networks and direct approach.
• Coordinate candidate screening, interviews with hiring managers, offers and negotiations, and ensure a successful start date.
• Build and maintain live talent pipelines for recurring roles to fill vacancies from a warm pool.
• Lead and coach in-house recruiters, allocate vacancies, monitor KPIs and ensure consistent screening standards.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, pipelines and source-effectiveness data; present monthly reports to senior management.
