Job summary

TopTalent Recruitment - Careers is seeking an experienced HR Director with a strong FX/CFD background to lead and develop HR across international offices. You will align HR strategies with business goals and ensure compliant, scalable people practices across markets.

You will oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management and employee relations while partnering with senior leaders. A full relocation package to Dubai is provided for this senior role in a fast-paced multinational FX

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HR Director/Head of HR or senior HR leadership professional.
• At least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
• Mandatory FX/CFD forex brokerage experience.
• Experience managing HR across multiple countries and international teams.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, employee relations, recruitment, performance management and organizational development.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent English is mandatory.
• Hebrew language skills are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead the HR function across multiple countries and international offices.
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.
• Collaborate with senior management on workforce planning and org development.
• Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures and processes across jurisdictions.
• Oversee international recruitment and talent retention.
• Support employee relations and handle complex HR matters globally.
• Ensure HR practices align with local regulations and company policies.
• Develop compensation, benefits, performance and engagement strategies.
• Lead HR teams and establish efficient HR structures.
• Provide HR reporting insights and recommendations to senior management.
