Job summary

RMG Talent is recruiting an HR Manager for its Dubai office, overseeing the full HR function from recruitment to culture. Relocation support including visa and flights is offered for the right candidate, with a fast-growing multicultural team in a regulated Forex environment.

You will manage end-to-end HR processes, payroll inputs, compliance, and employee relations while driving engagement and policy development across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years HR experience, 2–3 years in an HR Manager or lead role.
• Forex (FX/CFD) industry experience in a regulated brokerage.
• Solid knowledge of UAE Labour Law, visa processes and WPS.
• Hands-on experience with high-volume recruitment for sales-driven teams.
• Fluent English; Arabic or other languages are a plus.
• Bachelor's in HR/Business; CIPD/SHRM certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end HR function for the Dubai office and support group entities as needed.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for sales, dealing, compliance, finance and support teams, in collaboration with managers and agencies.
• Oversee onboarding, offboarding, contracts, visas and Emirates ID processes per UAE Labour Law.
• Run payroll inputs, WPS compliance, benefits administration and medical insurance.
• Develop and maintain HR policies, employee handbook and internal procedures.
• Support regulatory requirements: fit-and-proper checks, background screening and audit documentation.
• Manage performance reviews, KPI frameworks and bonus structures with management.
• Handle employee relations, disciplinary and grievance processes.
• Drive engagement and culture across a multinational workforce.
• Report HR metrics to senior management.

HR Manager – Regulated Forex Broker

Overview

We are working with a regulated Forex and CFD brokerage that is seeking to onboard an HR Manager for its Dubai office. You will own the full HR function, from recruitment and onboarding through to employee relations, compliance and culture, supporting a fast-growing, multicultural team. Relocation to Dubai is supported for the right candidate (visa and flights).

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end HR function for the Dubai office and support group entities as needed
  
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for sales, dealing, compliance, finance and support teams, working with internal managers and external agencies
  
• Oversee onboarding, offboarding, contracts, visas and Emirates ID processes in line with UAE Labour Law
  
• Run payroll inputs, WPS compliance, benefits administration and medical insurance
  
• Build and maintain HR policies, the employee handbook and internal procedures
  
• Support regulatory requirements: fit-and-proper checks, background screening, staff training records and HR documentation for audits
  
• Manage performance reviews, KPI frameworks and commission/bonus structures in partnership with management
  
• Handle employee relations, disciplinary and grievance processes
  
• Drive engagement, retention and culture initiatives across a multinational workforce
  
• Report HR metrics (headcount, turnover, time-to-hire, cost-per-hire) to senior management
  

Requirements / Must-haves

• 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2–3 years in an HR Manager or HR generalist lead role
  
• Must have Forex (FX/CFD) industry experience (mandatory), ideally within a regulated brokerage
  
• Solid knowledge of UAE Labour Law, visa processes and WPS, or the ability to get up to speed quickly if relocating
  
• Hands-on experience with high-volume recruitment for sales-driven teams
  
• Familiarity with HRIS/ATS systems and payroll processes
  
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills
  
• Fluent English (additional languages such as Arabic, Russian or other European languages are an advantage)
  
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or a related field; CIPD/SHRM certification is an advantage
