Job summary

Cross Border Talents in Dubai seeks a Senior Finance Leader to define and steer our financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and growth initiatives across multiple markets.

You will manage multi-currency treasury, oversee banking relations, compliance, and ERP/treasury tools while building a high-performing global finance team.

The role offers executive ownership, relocation to Dubai, and a dynamic, multicultural environment with ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• CPA/ACCA or equivalent professional qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of senior finance leadership experience.
• Experience in FX/CFD brokerage environments is mandatory.
• Experience with high-volume multi-currency treasury operations.
• Knowledge of offshore regulatory frameworks (FSCA, FSA, etc.).
• Experience with ERP and treasury management tools.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the company's financial strategy, budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Provide strategic financial guidance to the board focusing on growth ROI and cost optimisation.
• Support expansion into new markets through structured FP&A.
• Manage high-volume multi-currency cash flows across multiple jurisdictions.
• Oversee banking relationships and global payment flow operations.
• Implement hedging strategies to ensure liquidity, capital adequacy and financial stability.
• Ensure compliance with offshore regulatory frameworks (FSCA, FSA and others).
• Oversee financial reporting, audits and regulatory submissions.
• Structure entities and financial operations for tax efficiency and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain transparency and accountability across all financial processes.
• Develop and maintain strong internal financial controls to safeguard assets.
• Monitor financial and trading-related risk exposure.
• Lead and manage the global finance team across multiple regions.
• Drive automation and efficiency across financial processes and reporting systems.
• Oversee ERP and treasury management system implementation and optimization.
• Align finance operations with overall business and trading objectives.
