DFS - Die Finanzstrategen in Dubai is seeking an experienced HR Manager with a talent acquisition focus to build a premier talent pipeline for finance professionals, including wealth management and wealth servicing.

You will source and secure top talent, shape employer branding, and partner with leadership to scale the Dubai team as we expand across the MENA region, with a strong emphasis on a high-quality candidate experience and strategic growth.

Qualifications

• 5 years in HR/Recruitment ideally within asset management, private banking or trading.
• Fluent English; Arabic/German a plus.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment: lead the full cycle for finance positions from sourcing to offer negotiation.
• Leverage deep knowledge of Dubai's finance talent landscape to engage passive candidates.
• Strengthen employer branding to position the company as the employer of choice for top professionals.
• Partner with leadership to scale the Dubai team in line with growth plans.
• Design streamlined hiring processes reflecting prestige and professionalism.
