Job summary

Kama Capital in Dubai is seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our in-house HR team and own recruitment across our growing Forex business. This hands-on role partners with senior leadership to fill senior and specialist positions, headhunting top talent locally and internationally.

You will manage the full lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding, build a Forex/Fintech talent pipeline, and improve recruitment processes.

Qualifications

• Senior-level Forex/Fintech recruitment experience.
• 5+ years in-house recruitment experience.
• Experience recruiting in Forex/CFD/Fintech/financial services.
• Proven track record closing senior roles.
• Strong headhunting and passive sourcing skills.
• Established UAE and international networks.
• Strong stakeholder management with senior leadership.
• Hands-on with recruitment policies and processes.
• Proactive, results‑driven approach.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our in‑house HR team in Dubai and take ownership of recruitment across our growing Forex business. This is a hands‑on, high‑impact recruitment role for someone who understands the Forex/Fintech talent market, knows how to identify and attract hard‑to‑find talent, and is confident partnering with senior leadership.

What you'll do

• Own the end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
• Partner with senior management and Hiring Managers to understand business and talent requirements
• Lead recruitment for senior and specialist roles across the company
• Proactively headhunt and source passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, networks, referrals and industry contacts
• Build and maintain a strong Forex/Fintech talent pipeline locally and internationally
• Conduct market mapping and targeted searches for confidential and hard‑to‑fill positions
• Manage candidate screening, interviews, assessments, references and offer negotiations
• Develop and implement recruitment processes and best practices
• Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives

What we're looking for

• Proven experience hiring senior‑level Forex/Fintech talent is a must
• 5+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in‑house
• Proven experience recruiting within Forex, CFD, Fintech, Financial Services, Banking or related sectors
• A demonstrable track record of successfully closing senior and specialist positions
• Strong headhunting and passive candidate sourcing skills
• An established network within the UAE and international Forex/Fintech markets
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the confidence to work with senior leadership
• Excellent candidate assessment, negotiation and relationship‑building skills
• Experience developing and implementing recruitment policies and processes
• Hands‑on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS/HRIS systems
• Strong commercial awareness and a proactive, results‑driven approach
