Doo Group is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead regional sales operations in the UAE. You will build high-performing teams, drive revenue growth, and expand profitable client portfolios in competitive fintech markets.

This role demands strategic leadership, strong negotiation and relationship-building, plus hands-on execution with CRM forecasting and sales analytics to deliver consistent targets.

Travel for events and client meetings is expected.

Competenze

• Proven experience in a Sales Manager / Senior Sales role within Forex, CFDs, or Financial Services.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability and CRM forecasting experience.
