Job summary

CBRE Excellerate in the United Arab Emirates seeks a Senior Facilities Coordinator to lead comprehensive facilities management across client sites, delivering consistent, high-level services and building strong client partnerships.

You will oversee contracts, KPI/SLA performance, and the financial performance of site services, coordinating supplier activities to ensure timely PPMs and remedial works while maintaining budget discipline. Strong communication and CAFM/FM proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years’ experience in Facilities Management or supervisory role.
• Experience in contract management and performance measurement.
• Strong commercial understanding including P&L and budget responsibility.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CAFM/FM software.

Responsibilities

• Manages contractual relationships and ensures excellent service delivery to Client locations; reviews performance against KPI/SLA.
• Coordinate client performance reviews against outputs on a monthly basis.
• Accountable for the financial performance of site service delivery.
• Ensure that essential site soft and hard services PPM and remedial works are completed.
• Ensure that critical systems (UPS, FM200, Fire Alarm, Emergency Lighting, M&E, HVAC) are properly maintained.
• Manage suppliers and service providers supporting site operations.
