CBRE Excellerate in Dubai is seeking a Senior Facilities Coordinator to deliver end-to-end FM scope, build strong client partnerships, and drive service excellence across multiple facilities. The role requires 6-8 years in facilities management, contract governance, and strong financial acumen to monitor budgets and P&L.

You will oversee critical systems and coordinate with suppliers to ensure reliable site operations.

Competenze

• 6–8 years in facilities management or related supervisory role.
• Experience in contract management and performance measurement.
• Strong commercial sense with P&L and budget responsibility.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Proficient in CAFM and MS Office.

Mansioni

• Manage contractual relationships and ensure service delivery against KPI/SLA.
• Coordinate monthly client performance reviews.
• Oversee financial performance of site service delivery.
• Ensure maintenance of essential site services including UPS, Fire Alarm, HVAC.
• Manage suppliers and service providers for site operations.
• Assist in raising and managing purchase orders and related processes.
