• Lead FM mobilization, define manpower and shifts.
• Implement and improve FM processes, SOPs, workflows, and PPm procedures.
• Manage CAFM scheduling for maintenance activities and resources.
• Coordinate with contractors for asset handover and defect rectification.
• Identify critical spares, manage procurement and inventory.
