CBRE Excellerate in Dubai is seeking a Senior Facilities Coordinator to deliver end-to-end facilities management services, build strong relationships with clients and suppliers, and ensure service excellence across sites. The role requires 6–8 years in Facilities Management or supervisory roles, contract management experience, and a solid grasp of P&L and budgets.

Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft tools and CAFM/PPM

Formación

• Minimum 6-8 years' experience in Facilities Management or supervisory role.
• Experience in contract management and performance measurement.
• Excellent commercial understanding including P&L and budget responsibility.
• Strong communication, negotiation and analytical skills.
• PC literate with proficiency in Microsoft systems; experience in CAFM/PPM.

Responsabilidades

• Manage contractual relationships and monitor service delivery against KPI/SLA.
• Coordinate monthly client performance reviews.
• Be responsible for the financial performance of site service delivery.
• Ensure completion of essential soft and hard services PPM and remedial works.
• Maintain critical systems (UPS, FM200, Fire Alarm, Emergency Lighting, M&E, HVAC).
• Manage suppliers and service providers.
• Assist in raising and managing purchase orders and related processes.
