Confidential Company is seeking an experienced Facilities Management Supervisor to join our Real Estate Properties Management team in the UAE. The role focuses on managing residential and commercial buildings, labor camps, and staff accommodations to ensure properties are safe, compliant and well maintained.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years UAE FM experience, a background in Real Estate & Property Management, a valid UAE driving license, and proven ability to supervise

We are looking for an experienced Facilities Management Supervisor to join our Real Estate Properties Management team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience managing residential and commercial buildings as well as labor camps and staff accommodations within the UAE, ensuring properties are well-maintained, safe and compliant with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day facilities management operations across the property portfolio
• Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of properties is carried out on schedule
• Supervise FM teams and third-party contractors to ensure quality and timely delivery
• Monitor service quality, safety and statutory compliance across all sites
• Coordinate with management on operational improvements and cost efficiencies
• Handle inspections, prepare reports and resolve tenant-related issues

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in Facilities Management
• Background in a Real Estate & Property Management company is mandatory
• Valid UAE Manual Driving License (Mandatory)
• Proven experience managing Residential & Commercial Buildings
• Proven experience managing Labor Camps / Staff Accommodations
• Strong knowledge of FM operations, maintenance planning, and vendor coordination
• Ability to supervise technicians, contractors, and site staff
• Familiar with UAE regulations, safety standards, and compliance
