Job summary

Pendo in Dubai is seeking an experienced Customer Engineering leader to partner with Account Directors on pre‑sales motions, lead onboarding for strategic customers, and drive adoption of core products. You will mentor junior engineers, build playbooks, and escalate complex technical challenges to ensure smooth deployments.

You will influence customer health, retention, and expansion by delivering scalable solutions and guiding cross‑functional teams in a fast‑moving environment.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in a customer‑facing technical role (Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, TAM).
• Hands‑on experience with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and REST APIs.
• Experience managing strategic Enterprise accounts with executive stakeholders.
• Ability to solve ambiguous problems with multiple variables and tradeoffs.
• Experience using AI tools for research, content creation, or automation.
• Mentor or coach junior technical team members.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Directors on pre‑sales motions for new customers and product expansion.
• Lead onboarding for strategic customers, including planning, implementation, and integrations.
• Identify opportunities to expand adoption across underutilized features and products.
• Serve as an escalation point for complex technical challenges.
• Build playbooks, document repeatable fixes, and coach peers.
• Drive measurable improvement in customer health, retention, and expansion.
