Job summary

DXC Technology in Dubai is seeking an experienced Manager to drive enterprise technology sales across the GCC region. You will lead strategic account development, engage with C-suite stakeholders, and shape transformation initiatives through ETP solutions.

The role requires a strong track record in closing large, complex deals and deep knowledge of cloud, automation, and digital transformation, with collaboration across pre-sales, legal and delivery teams to craft winning proposals.

Qualifications

• 7+ to 8+ years in enterprise technology sales or platform solutions.
• Proven track record of closing large, complex deals and exceeding targets.
• Ability to articulate complex solutions to C-suite executives.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities for ETP solutions to build a strong pipeline.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior executives to become a trusted advisor.
• Articulate value of ETP solutions aligning with client objectives.
• Lead end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, and legal to craft proposals and pricing.
• Maintain accurate forecasts and pipeline in CRM and report to management.
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
