Job summary

mindX360 in Dubai is seeking an experienced Sales Manager for IT projects to drive growth across our digital transformation offerings. You will own the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to closing high-value deals, collaborating with the technical team to tailor solutions for clients.

The role requires 8–12 years in IT sales, strong B2B experience, and a proven ability to build relationships with senior executives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in IT sales and IT projects.
• Experience in B2B sales for IT Consulting, System Integration, software development, or technology services.
• Arab national and female candidates preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies for selling Enterprise Integration, Salesforce.
• Sales Presentation and Negotiation: Deliver impactful sales presentations, lead negotiations, and close deals while balancing profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Client Consultation and Needs Analysis: Engage with clients to understand project needs and work with the solution team to design tailored solutions.
• Project Handover and Coordination: Coordinate with delivery and technical teams to ensure smooth project initiation after contract signing.
