Job summary

Confidential Company in the UAE seeks a senior leader to drive business transformation across ERP, cloud, cybersecurity, and digital initiatives. Define service lines, pricing, and GTM strategies, and build partnerships with enterprise and government clients.

You will restructure the organization, align budgets and a 3‑year growth plan, and ensure profitable, scalable delivery of new offerings with strong leadership and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Fluent English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Engineering, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus.
• Minimum 10 years in IT services, ERP, cloud, cybersecurity, or tech solutions.
• 5+ years in senior business development, transformation, or leadership roles.
• Proven experience restructuring or scaling an IT services business.

Responsibilities

• Assess the current business model, service portfolio, structure, and financial performance.
• Develop and execute a practical business transformation and growth plan.
• Restructure into clearly defined, commercially accountable service lines.
• Identify gaps across operations, commercial, technical, and organizational areas.
• Establish pricing models, margins, sales processes, and KPIs.
• Work with management to create annual budgets, revenue targets, and 3‑year plans.
• Monitor profitability and scalability of each business line.
• Identify and launch value‑added services aligned with UAE demand and regulations.
• Develop ERP, cloud, cybersecurity, data privacy, and automation offerings.
• Prepare business cases, pricing, delivery models, and go‑to‑market plans.
• Evaluate internal development vs. partner delivery for new capabilities.
• Lead ERP demonstrations, proposals, negotiations, and major engagements.
• Build a structured product roadmap and integrate with eInvoicing, cloud, and automation solutions.
• Lead, recruit, and grow the business development and sales team.
• Ensure profitable, collectible, and deliverable sales growth.
• Establish disciplined CRM usage, forecasting, and opportunity management.
