Job summary

DXC Technology in Dubai seeks a Senior Modern Workplace Solutioning Lead to engage with CIOs, CTOs, CHROs, and other senior executives to understand workplace transformation challenges and shape business-led managed services solutions.

This role requires broad knowledge of the Modern Workplace portfolio, strong consulting and solutioning capabilities, and the ability to translate technology into measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Modern Workplace consulting, solutioning, presales, managed services, workplace transformation or IT outsourcing.
• Strong experience engaging with CIOs, CTOs, CHROs, IT Directors and other senior client stakeholders.
• Ability to translate client business challenges into outcome-driven managed services proposals.
• Broad understanding of the end-to-end Modern Workplace ecosystem.
• Experience developing RFP/RFI responses, proposals and executive presentations.

Responsibilities

• Engage with C-suite executives to understand workplace strategy and transformation objectives.
• Lead Modern Workplace solutioning engagements and shape differentiated propositions.
• Develop end-to-end Modern Workplace strategies covering technology, governance, operating models.
• Support pipeline development and opportunity creation beyond RFP/RFI responses.
• Lead or contribute to client workshops, discovery sessions and proposal discussions.
• Define governance, service models, SLAs and KPI frameworks aligned to client objectives.
