Job summary

GCG ENTERPRISE SOLUTIONS, part of The Ghobash Group, seeks a Presales Lead – Digital Transformation to drive presales for ECM/EIM solutions, G Sign, and related outsourcing/custom apps. You will work with Sales and Delivery to win business, conduct client workshops, and deliver compelling technical and commercial propositions.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in presales or solution consulting, deep ECM/EIM knowledge, and strong proposal/presentation skills to navigate UAE/GCC enterprise deals and

Qualifications

• Deep functional and technical knowledge of ECM/EIM platforms (M-Files, Doxis, OpenText).
• Strong proposal writing, solution presentation, and visual communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Visio/diagramming tools, and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of technical proposals, solution architectures, and presentations for ECM/EIM, outsourcing, and custom applications.
• Champion GCG's in-house G Sign product during client engagements and map requirements to features.
• Own the response process for RFPs, RFQs, and tenders with Sales to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Conduct discovery workshops with CIOs, IT Managers, and Department Heads to define scope.
• Deliver product demonstrations and manage proof-of-concept engagements.
• Collaborate with delivery to produce scope, effort estimates, and timelines for proposals.
• Keep knowledge of competitors and partner capabilities up-to-date; liaise with technology partners.
