The role targets banks, financial institutions, and large corporates, driving consultative deals through cross‑functional collaboration and executive engagement.

Ideal candidates have 10–15 years in enterprise sales, a strong UAE financial sector network, and proven multi‑million dollar quota attainment.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of enterprise sales experience, preferably in UAE banks and financial institutions.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding multi‑million dollar quotas in long cycles.
• Deep relationships with C‑level and senior decision makers in UAE financial sector.
• Expertise in complex negotiations and large enterprise agreements.
• Experience with cross‑border teams and regional/global reporting structures.
• Strong business acumen, value articulation, and executive communication.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of payments/fintech is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver UAE annual sales targets for enterprise deals with banks and financial institutions.
• Build, nurture, and close a strong pipeline via direct sales, channels, and alliances.
• Engage C‑level executives with consultative discussions aligning solutions to priorities.
• Lead end‑to‑end enterprise cycles including RFP/RFI responses and negotiations.
• Partner with Product, Pre‑Sales, Legal, and Implementation for deal execution.
• Represent the company at industry events to elevate brand presence in UAE.
