Job summary

Firstup in Dubai is seeking an Account Executive to win enterprise customers across the UAE and GCC, selling a leading intelligent employee experience platform. You will manage complex multi-stakeholder deals and drive long sales cycles from discovery through contract.

You will build executive relationships with C-suite, create compelling business cases, and drive cross-functional engagement with solution consultants and services to close strategic deals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Negotiation skills required.
• C-Suite selling experience required.
