Job summary

Firstup is seeking an Account Executive to drive new enterprise customers across the UAE and GCC. You will execute a consultative sales strategy for complex SaaS solutions in employee experience and HR tech.

This role requires closing multi-million deals with senior stakeholders and delivering sustained revenue growth. The ideal candidate has a proven record in enterprise SaaS sales, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to navigate a fast-growing, remote-enabled environment.

The Account Executive is responsible for winning new enterprise customers across the UAE and broader GCC region. This is an opportunity for a high-performing, consultative seller with a proven record of closing complex SaaS deals in enterprise technology, employee experience, workforce communications, HR technology or a related space.
