Job summary

Recorded Future is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to collaborate with Middle East account teams, support enterprise customers in Turkey and UAE, and drive successful onboarding of tailored cybersecurity solutions.

You will lead complex pilot projects, craft use cases, deliver product demonstrations, and ensure customer success while traveling ~40% of the time in the region. Proficiency in business-level English and Turkish is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a pre-sales engineering role or consulting focusing on cybersecurity solutions or services.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; Master’s preferred.
• Technical knowledge in SIEM, DFIR, vulnerability assessments, threat intelligence, security operations, threat hunting & research.

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective and existing customers, understand requirements, address technical inquiries, and demonstrate capabilities.
• Plan and manage proof of value engagements.
• Develop use cases and deliver product demonstrations.
• Resolve analytical, technical, and operational challenges.
• Promote user adoption across use cases.
