Job summary

Securonix is seeking a Senior Sales Director to lead regional enterprise sales in the UAE and broader Middle East. The role requires steering a high-performing team, driving large-scale opportunities, and delivering aggressive growth targets.

You will manage executive relationships with CISOs and CIOs, partner with channel and systems integrators, and shape go-to-market strategies in a fast-paced security solutions business.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of enterprise technology sales experience, including leading cybersecurity sales teams in the Middle East.
• Proven success selling enterprise cybersecurity, SIEM, security analytics, SOC, XDR to large enterprise and government organizations.
• Strong track record of exceeding regional revenue targets and driving growth.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver regional revenue targets by developing and executing strategic plans across UAE and Middle East.
• Lead and scale a high-performing enterprise sales organization with accountability and execution focus.
• Develop territory, account, and market expansion strategies to drive growth and market share.
• Lead pipeline generation with robust coverage, accurate forecasting, and progression of opportunities.
• Establish and maintain executive-level relationships with CISOs, CIOs, and security leaders across enterprise and government sectors.
• Drive new customer acquisition while expanding relationships with existing customers through value-based selling.
• Collaborate with channel partners, MSSPs, system integrators, and technology alliances to accelerate regional growth.
• Act as trusted advisor on cybersecurity operations, SIEM, threat detection, and security analytics.
• Analyze market trends and feedback to refine go-to-market strategies and strengthen competitive advantage.
• Lead complex enterprise negotiations and commercial discussions to close strategic opportunities.
• Partner with Sales Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success, Product Management, and Revenue Operations to ensure customer success and growth.
• Maintain forecast accuracy and disciplined use of MEDDPICC methodologies.
