Job summary

Recorded Future is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to collaborate with Middle East account teams, support enterprise customers in Turkey and UAE, and drive successful onboarding of tailored cybersecurity solutions.

You will lead complex pilot projects, craft use cases, deliver product demonstrations, and ensure customer success while traveling ~40% of the time in the region. Proficiency in business-level English and Turkish is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a pre-sales engineering role or consulting focusing on cybersecurity solutions or services.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; Master’s preferred.
• Technical knowledge in SIEM, DFIR, vulnerability assessments, threat intelligence, security operations, threat hunting & research.

Recorded Future is looking for Senior Sales Engineer. You will work closely with our Middle East region account teams to support enterprise customers in Turkey and UAE by addressing their most critical cybersecurity challenges. In this role, you will lead complex enterprise pilot projects and help the transition to a successful onboarding of tailored solutions, ensuring optimal outcomes and long-term customer success. This position demands a strong blend of cybersecurity expertise, technical engineering skills, analytical thinking, and strategic business insight.

What You’ll Do:

• Engage with prospective and existing customers, understand their requirements, address technical inquiries, and showcase Recorded Future capabilities
• Planning and managing proof of value engagements
• Developing use cases and delivering product demonstrations presentations
• Resolving critical analytical, technical, and operational challenges
• Promoting user adoption across various use cases

• Traveling throughout the region when required, roughly 40% of the time

What You’ll Bring:

• Preferred experience in a Pre‑Sales Engineering role, or a Consulting position, focused on Cybersecurity solutions or services.
• A Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
• Technical knowledge in one or more of the following areas:
  • SIEM
  • DFIR
  • Vulnerability Assessments
  • Threat Intelligence
  • Security Operations
  • Threat Hunting & Research
• Professional experience in analytical roles across domains such as intelligence, military, cybersecurity, or business operations.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, from engineers to executive leadership.
• Working knowledge or familiarity with Threat Intelligence is a plus.
• Proven ability to establish trust and rapport with clients, including C-level executives and technical decision-makers.
• Experience delivering customised product demonstrations and managing proof-of-concept engagements.
• Ability to identify client challenges and craft innovative solutions that align with their strategic objectives.
• Adaptability to thrive in fast-paced environments with high expectations.
• Proficiency in business-level English and Turkish is required.
