Job summary

Approach People Recruitment is seeking a Senior Account Manager for the UAE cybersecurity market. You will drive business development, manage complex enterprise deals, and build key relationships with CISOs, CIOs and IT Directors across government and enterprise accounts.

The role requires a proven track record in enterprise IT or cybersecurity sales, deep product knowledge, and a willingness to travel within the UAE to close opportunities.

Qualifications

• 812 years of experience in enterprise IT or cybersecurity sales ideally within the UAE market.
• Proven track record of generating new business and closing complex enterprise deals.
• Established professional network among UAE enterprise customers government organisations and technology partners.
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity technologies including IAM IGA PAM SSO/MFA SOC/MDR and GRC.
• Strong consultative selling account management and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage the entire sales cycle independently from prospecting to closing.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly across the UAE for client meetings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute account strategies to acquire new enterprise and government customers across the UAE.
• Manage inbound leads and convert qualified opportunities into successful business.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through networking prospecting referrals and technology partnerships.
• Establish relationships with CISOs CIOs IT Directors procurement teams and senior decision-makers.
• Lead complex sales cycles involving Identity Security Cyber Defense and related cybersecurity solutions.
• Collaborate with technical presales and delivery teams to develop tailored customer proposals.
• Manage RFPs, commercial negotiations, presentations and contract negotiations.
• Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts through additional solutions services and renewals.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts and pipeline reporting.
• Consistently achieve revenue and profitability targets.
