Job summary

SmartChoice International GCC in Dubai is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Account Manager to drive new business and grow strategic client relationships across the UAE. You will manage key enterprise accounts, coordinate with technical specialists, and lead commercial discussions to close deals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in cybersecurity sales or account management.
• Proven track record of hitting sales targets.
• Experience selling cybersecurity solutions (endpoint, network, cloud, etc.).
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of UAE enterprise market.
• Arabic speaker.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop key customer accounts, identifying opportunities to increase revenue and strengthen long-term partnerships.
• Generate new business across enterprise and public-sector markets, from initial engagement through to deal closure.
• Understand customer requirements and work with technical specialists to recommend suitable cybersecurity solutions.
• Build account plans, identify growth opportunities and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Develop relationships with senior stakeholders, including technology leaders, security teams and business decision-makers.
• Coordinate with presales and delivery teams to develop proposals, manage customer expectations and support successful project delivery.
• Lead commercial discussions, negotiate pricing and agree contractual terms.
• Monitor market activity and identify opportunities to expand the organisation's presence across the region.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, provide sales forecasts and work towards agreed revenue targets.
• Attend client meetings and industry events to build relationships and generate new opportunities.
