Job summary

Resolv Global in Dubai seeks an experienced Enterprise Sales Manager to lead AWS Cloud & AI solutions across the UAE and GCC. You will own the full enterprise sales cycle, managing accounts from prospecting to closing while engaging CTOs and CIOs and building a strong pipeline through outbound channels.

The role requires deep AWS knowledge, experience with AWS co-sell, and a track record of closing high-value deals. Hybrid work in Dubai offers a competitive package and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in technology sales, enterprise sales, business development, or new client acquisition.
• Proven experience selling AWS Cloud and Managed Services to enterprise customers in the UAE/GCC.
• Strong knowledge of AWS and the broader Cloud ecosystem, including GCP and Azure.
• Experience managing the complete enterprise sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery, qualification, solution positioning, commercial negotiation, and closing.
• Experience with outbound enterprise prospecting and new-logo acquisition.
• Experience working with AWS co-sell, AWS partner teams, or AWS channel relationships.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Own the full enterprise sales cycle, from account identification through closing and contract administration.
• Build UAE/GCC pipeline through targeted outbound prospecting, executive networking, referrals, partner channels, events, and other strategic activities.
• Identify and target enterprise accounts with a strong fit for AWS Cloud, managed services, cloud transformation, and AI.
• Develop relationships with CTOs, CIOs, VP-level technology leaders, Heads of Engineering, Directors of DevOps, and other senior decision-makers.
• Generate and qualify opportunities using qualification methodologies and understand budget, authority, need, and timing.
• Work with AWS, engineering, and pre-sales teams to develop commercially compelling solutions.
• Develop and manage AWS co-sell and channel opportunities across the GCC.
• Maintain CRM forecasting and accurate pipeline in Zoho CRM.
• Own revenue targets and strive to exceed quota.
• Represent the organization at industry events, AWS partner forums, and client engagements across the region.
