Job summary

Resolv.Global is seeking a Sales Manager Cloud & AI Solutions to own the full selling cycle across the UAE and GCC. You will convert complex Cloud & AI offerings into business value, engaging C-levels and technologists, negotiating terms, and closing revenue-generating engagements.

You will manage a pipeline across Cloud Migration, DevSecOps, SRE, GenAI/Agentic AI and Managed Services, and collaborate with pre-sales and engineering teams to craft compelling proposals.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of technology sales or business development experience.
• Proven AWS Cloud and Managed Services sales to enterprise customers in UAE/GCC.
• Strong knowledge of Cloud and Managed Services landscape (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Experience managing full sales lifecycle including prospecting, qualification, negotiation and closing.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.
• Experience with CRM and lead-generation tools.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through qualification, proposal, negotiation, close and contract administration.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of ICP-fit opportunities across the UAE and GCC.
• Identify and engage senior technology decision-makers including CTOs, VPs of Engineering and Directors of DevOps.
• Generate opportunities through outbound prospecting, inbound leads, partner referrals, email outreach and cold calling.
• Apply structured BANT qualification to understand budget, authority, business need, technology environment and timeline.
• Work closely with engineering and pre-sales teams to translate customer requirements into compelling technical proposals.
• Sell solutions across Cloud Migration, DevSecOps, SRE, GenAI/Agentic AI and Managed Services.
• Develop and manage relationships with AWS and other channel partners to generate co-sell and referral opportunities.
• Lead commercial negotiations and close deals with CXO-level and senior stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and deal information in Zoho CRM.
• Build sufficient pipeline to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
• Represent the organization at industry events, AWS partner forums and client meetings across the region.
