Job summary

Resolv Global in the United Arab Emirates seeks a seasoned Sales Manager - Cloud & AI Solutions to own the UAE and GCC sales lifecycle. You will translate complex Cloud/AI offerings into business value, engage senior technology leaders, and close revenue-generating deals in a hybrid work environment.

You’ll manage the full cycle from prospecting to contract, build a strong pipeline, collaborate with engineering and pre-sales, and cultivate AWS and other partner relationships to drive co-sell

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of technology sales, BD or new client acquisition.
• Proven experience selling AWS Cloud and Managed Services to enterprise customers in the UAE/GCC.
• Strong knowledge of Cloud and Managed Services landscape (AWS, GCP, Azure), with AWS strength.
• Track record selling within a technology company, Cloud/SaaS, or AWS Partner environments.
• Experience managing the complete sales lifecycle: prospecting, qualification, solutioning, negotiation, and closing.
• Strong experience with lead generation, outbound prospecting, and cold calling.
• Existing network of enterprise/channel contacts in the UAE preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Experience with CRM and lead-gen tools.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract administration.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline across UAE and GCC.
• Identify and engage senior technology decision-makers (CTOs, VPs of Engineering, Directors of DevOps).
• Generate opportunities via outbound, inbound, referrals, email outreach, and cold calling.
• Apply BANT qualification to understand budget, authority, business need, technology environment, and timeline.
• Collaborate with engineering and pre-sales to translate requirements into proposals.
• Sell across Cloud Migration, DevSecOps, SRE, GenAI, and Managed Services.
• Develop relationships with AWS and other channel partners for co-sell opportunities.
• Lead commercial negotiations and close deals with CXO level stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate pipeline in CRM.
• Build pipeline to meet quarterly and annual targets.
• Represent the organization at industry events and partner forums.
