Job summary

Resolv Global in Dubai is seeking an experienced Sales Manager - Cloud & AI Solutions to own the full sales lifecycle across the UAE and wider GCC, engaging CTOs and senior technology decision-makers.

You will drive opportunities across Cloud Migration, DevSecOps, SRE, GenAI, and Managed Services, build a robust pipeline, and negotiate complex contracts with CXOs, while collaborating with pre-sales and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of enterprise technology sales experience.
• Proven track record selling AWS Cloud and Managed Services to enterprises in UAE/GCC.
• Strong knowledge of AWS, GCP and Azure with emphasis on AWS.
• Experience managing full sales lifecycle from prospecting to closing.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospect identification through contract administration.
• Develop a healthy UAE/GCC ICP-fit pipeline and engage senior decision-makers.
• Translate customer requirements into compelling technical proposals with engineering teams.
• Lead commercial negotiations and close deals with CXO-level stakeholders.
• Maintain pipeline accuracy in the CRM and hit revenue targets.
• Represent the company at industry events and AWS partner forums.
