Job summary

Resolv.Global is seeking an experienced Sales Manager Cloud & AI Solutions in the UAE to own the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to closing. You will target enterprise accounts across the UAE and GCC, engaging CIOs, CTOs and other senior technology leaders to qualify opportunities and translate requirements into winning proposals.

You will work with engineering and pre-sales to craft solutions and manage channel partners such as AWS to drive co-sell opportunities.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in technology sales and business development or new client acquisition.
• Proven experience selling AWS Cloud and Managed Services to enterprise customers in UAE/GCC.
• Strong knowledge of Cloud and Managed Services including AWS, GCP and Azure, with strength in AWS.
• Track record of selling in a technology company, Cloud/SaaS provider or AWS Partner environment.
• Experience managing full sales lifecycle from prospecting to closing.
• Strong experience with lead generation, outbound prospecting and cold calling.
• Existing network of enterprise and/or channel contacts in UAE is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Experience with CRM and lead-generation tools; strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospect identification through qualification, proposal, negotiation, close and contract administration.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of ICP-fit opportunities across the UAE and GCC.
• Identify and engage senior technology decision-makers including CTOs, VPs of Engineering and Directors of DevOps.
• Generate opportunities through outbound prospecting, inbound leads, partner referrals and cold calling.
• Translate customer requirements into compelling technical proposals with engineering/pre-sales teams.
• Sell Cloud Migration, DevSecOps, SRE, GenAI/Agentic AI and Managed Services.
• Develop and manage relationships with AWS and other channel partners for co-sell opportunities.
• Lead commercial negotiations and close deals with CXO-level and senior stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and deal information in Zoho CRM.
• Represent the organization at industry events and client meetings across the region.
